Important Note: Please choose carefully when selecting prints and sizes. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or errors in selection unless you contact us before printing begins. Be sure to check the actual measurements in inches or centimeters. Note that a 'small' square print differs in size from a 'small' rectangle print. Each type of print—Rectangle, Panorama rectangle, Wide rectangle, and Extra Wide Rectangle—has unique measurements even within the same size category.

FAQ:
Can I return an item if I change my mind? No. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
What if I receive the wrong item? Yes, if your order is incorrect, we will send you the correct item and reimburse any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
What if my item is damaged or faulty? Yes, if your item is damaged or faulty and this was not mentioned in the product description, we will replace or refund your item.
Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed back to the account or gift card used for the original purchase. This process takes up to 5 days on our end. Stripe may take up to 10 business days, and your financial institution may take up to 4 days. Therefore, it may take up to 18 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Policy
Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be delays with dispatch and postal services. While many orders will still arrive within the expected timeframes, some delays are unpredictable and out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery within New Zealand: 7-20 days

During busy periods, it may take the full amount of time quoted.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After dispatch, you will receive another email with a link to track your order.

What if My Order Doesn’t Arrive After 20 Business Days?
Check your tracking details and contact the postal service for updates.

Adding Items to Cart
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Limited edition or one-off items may sell out before you complete your purchase.
Pick-Up Options
Some items can be picked up. Check each product’s shipping section for details.
Using pick-up codes on non-applicable items may delay dispatch and incur additional shipping costs.

If charged shipping for an item you decide to pick up, we will refund the shipping fee. Refunds may take up to 19 business days to appear in your account.
